Yes! Every new band gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
You can upgrade to a paid plan or stay on the Free tier with limited features.
Absolutely. Big bands, orchestras, choirs, function bands, brass bands, jazz combos — My Band adapts to your setup.
Once your band is set up, go to Members and send email invitations. Members create their own accounts and join your band.

Yes. Your account works across multiple bands. Switch between them from the dashboard.
Coming soon! We’re building native iOS and Android apps with push notifications. The mobile app will require a paid subscription.
Yes. PDF export is available on Standard plans and above. Print-ready for the music stand.
Create an event, and your members get notified. They respond with Available, Maybe, or Unavailable — you see all responses on a dashboard.
The lineup builder supports dep management. Add external deps, assign them to roles, and track their confirmations.
Billing
Plans start from £5/month for the whole band (not per person). See our pricing page for details.
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly.
Go to Billing in your account settings. You can cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel any time and won’t be charged again.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don’t store your card details.
Security & Privacy
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, rate limiting, and prepared database queries. See our privacy policy for details.
Yes. We comply with the UK GDPR. You can export or delete your data at any time from your profile settings.
By default, your email and phone are hidden from other band members. You control visibility via your privacy settings. Admins can always see contact details.
No. We only use essential cookies for authentication. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
