This has been a long time coming.
For the past year, we’ve been building something we wished existed when we were running our own band. A single place to manage gigs, rehearsals, availability, setlists, lineups, and all the admin that comes with keeping a band organised.
No more WhatsApp chaos. No more spreadsheets that nobody updates. No more chasing people for availability replies you should have had three weeks ago.
My Band is now live, and we’re genuinely excited about it.
So what is it?
My Band is a band management platform built specifically for the way bands actually work. Big bands, function bands, orchestras, wind bands, jazz combos, brass bands, choirs. If you’ve got a group of musicians and things to organise, this is for you.
You create events. Your members respond with a single tap. You build setlists, manage lineups, track who’s available and who’s not. Everyone gets push notifications so nothing gets missed. And there’s a proper mobile app so you can sort things out from the rehearsal room, the pub, or the back of the van.
Why we built it
We’ve been there. Running a big band with twenty-odd musicians, regular gigs, deps coming and going. Spending more time on admin than on actually playing music. We tried generic project management tools. We tried band apps that looked like they hadn’t been updated since 2015. Nothing quite fit.
So we built what we wanted. Something simple, affordable, and designed around the real problems band leaders deal with every day.
